Limit decisions within those anchors—same playlist, same mug, a five-minute checklist—and adjust your environment to cue calm: soft lighting, a cleared surface, or noise-softening headphones.
Keep the routine modest and flexible; build one habit at a time and review it after a week. Treat missed steps as information, not failure, and protect your quiet with simple boundaries such as a scheduled pause, muted notifications, or a short note to housemates. Over time those small, consistent patterns become reliable supports for steadier energy.
