Reflection
Busy weeks compress the time and attention that introverts often rely on to recharge. Rather than waiting for a free weekend, solitude can be found in intention: a deliberate pause between tasks, a silent walk, or a single unhurried cup of tea.
Look for micro-moments you can claim. Block ten-minute pockets on your calendar, mute notifications for predictable stretches, use transit or waiting time for quiet reflection, and favour one task at a time so you leave mental space at the end of the day.
These small practices add up. Protect them like appointments, scale them to what feels manageable, and accept that solitude in a busy life will often be fragmented — but still real and quietly restorative.
