Begin with micro-rituals: a brief morning pause with water and light movement, a mid-morning check-in to name three doable priorities, and a short afternoon rest to reset focus. In the evening, close screens earlier, write one small note of what went well, and allow a clear boundary before sleep. Keep each ritual concise so they fit into life rather than compete with it.

Boundaries are part of the routine: protect a couple of hours of uninterrupted work, schedule social energy with grace, and permit adjustments when needed. A routine that sustains quiet energy is flexible, forgiving, and oriented around preserving attention rather than maximizing output.
