Reflection
Solo mornings are a small, private window where an introvert can set the tone for the day. Micro rituals are intentionally short, low-friction habits that honor that solitude without demanding performance or extra energy.
Choose two or three tiny acts that appeal to you and keep them under ten minutes total. Examples include brewing a warm drink with mindful attention, doing three simple stretches, writing two lines in a notebook, and delaying notifications until after a chosen start time.
The point is not perfection but predictability: repeatable cues that signal calm. Keep supplies handy, set a tiny timer if helpful, and let the sequence be flexible—some mornings will be fuller, some quieter, and both are fine.
