Reflection
Micro rituals are brief, intentional actions you repeat when you need subtle restoration. They fit into the margins of the day—between meetings, at the end of an errand, or during a kettle’s steep—so they don't demand large blocks of time.
Examples include a one-minute breath-and-ground routine, a two-minute walk without a phone, a short drink with full attention, or a tidy-of-three task to close a mental tab. Each is simple enough to be done often and clear enough to become a gentle cue for pause.
Pick a handful that feel natural, label where they belong in your day, and treat them like a low-stakes experiment: adjust timing, notice what shifts, and gently keep what helps.
