Reflection
Micro solitude routines are brief, intentional pauses you take alone to steady your attention and mood. They don’t require a change of location or a long stretch of time—just a few conscious moments to be present with yourself.
Choose one or two simple gestures you can repeat: three deep breaths, a silent stretch, looking out a window, or sipping a cup of tea without screens. Keep each routine to one to five minutes so it’s easy to slip into the margins of meetings, commutes, or chores.
Over time these small pauses become habits that soften the edges of a busy day. For introverts they offer a quiet return to oneself, improving clarity and making social energy easier to manage without drama or large time commitments.
