Reflection
Sundays are a chance to move at a quieter pace. Begin with a gentle wake, a warm drink, and fifteen minutes of reading or sitting with the window open; these small acts create a soft rhythm that honors solitude without obligation.
Midday is for low-effort nourishment and light movement: a short walk, a favorite solo hobby, or a few purposeful chores done slowly. Choose one or two activities that restore energy rather than scatter it, and allow gaps for drifting or doing nothing at all.
As the day winds down, set simple boundaries: dim the screens, lay out clothes for the week, and write a short note of what you appreciate about the day. Ending with a quiet ritual—lighting a candle, brewing a final cup of tea, or a brief breath practice—helps the week feel approachable rather than urgent.
