Reflection
The evening is an opportunity to collect the day into a smaller, quieter space. For introverts, that means choosing gentle acts that lower stimulation and honour the need for solitude rather than trying to force a generic bedtime routine.
Choose two or three low-effort practices you enjoy: dim the lights, put devices in another room, read a single chapter, or jot down a single paragraph about what you noticed today. Small, repeatable actions create a reliable signal to your nervous system that the day is closing.
Consistency matters more than perfection. Keep the ritual short and forgiving, and allow it to shift with your energy. Over time these small pauses help you arrive at rest with less friction and wake with a quieter mind.
